Ashley was dependable, efficient, courteous, and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for her to do. All agents should be like her. Very kind and thoughtful too! Nyda and Charles Johnson Ashley stepped in for our agent while he was on vacation. We were searching for a home near the beach that was basically a "good deal". She tirelessly showed us around and had a feel for what we liked and didn't like. We were returning to Baltimore on a Monday morning when she called with a recently foreclosed house that she thought we might like (based on what we had liked and disliked that weekend). We negotiated, with a great deal of help and suggestions from Ashley. She was always one step ahead of the deal and had answers to our questions immediately. Her attentiveness and responsiveness was amazing. We now have our retirement home and can't thank Ashley enough for her help. Helen and Dick Ashley was awesome to work with! Working with Ashley was a wonderfully positive experience. She went over and above my expectations of working with a realtor. Ashley never gave a thought to going the extra mile to help us sell our father's house. Her energy and knowledge of the current market aided us in the quick sale of the property.
