| My Fiance and I could not be happier with the service, guidance and help that Marlene has provided us. We can honestly say that if it wasn't for her determination in pursuing the home of our dreams we would not be in our dream home today. | We decided to sell our property and contacted Marlene, whose experience we relied on to set an asking price, what improvements to make and what to leave as is, and how to word the ad to attract the most buyers, all of which she did on the first day. We were inundated with potential buyers and accepted an offer (which she negotiated) within 3 days To say that we were more then satisfied would be an understatement. But the best was yet to come during that tricky period between accepting an offer and finally going to settlement. Marlene anticipated anything that would be a problem, reassured us through every phase and even caught a mistake at the settlement ! Of course we would use her services again and so should you. |
