I came to Austin for grad school at The University of Texas and never left. I have lived in Austin since 2000, and still explore it daily. I know the city like the back of my hand. I love to be a resource to folks and that is really my competitive advantage as compared to other investment brokers.

I know the cost of managing properties, leasing, sales and can do very rigorous mathematical analysis that most economists would appreciate. I am an independent quirky fella. Some of my favorite memories are from living in Germany, and from traveling throughout the US, Europe and parts of Central America. Kerouac and I have similar blood lines. 
I love buildings and architecture - a total plus to being in real estate. 

I grew up fishing in ponds and the bayous for bass, catfish, and perch. I am not the type to sit back and wait for the fish to find the bait. I search out where the fish are through observation of the water, currents, rock formations, tree overhangs etc., and then go after them. I am a hunter in that sense.
