At this point in time, the real estate market is a challenge for all parties concerned. I believe this is a very good time to buy real estate. If the price and the terms work for yur investment or first time home...make a decision and close the escrow.

Many potential clients are indecisive and, I for one, find it hard to believe that they are ready to make a decision.

I work by appointment. My focus is on rural property with wells and septics, property lines and surveys. Water is crucial to the purchase. All these inspections cost the seller money, if that's the way your contract is written.

If you select another realtor, remember, if it isn't in the contract, you don't get it.
