| Dave Gubler has to go down as one of the all-time best Realtors out there. We were relocating from Corona to South County and were blessed to have called a "random" realtor (i.e., Dave) and have never looked back. Boy, does this guy know the market here in South County. He took us to many places in the area and never even looked at a map during our visits. It was like he was driving us to his house he knew the area so well. Very professional in everthing he did and all our communications - always taking the time to give his insight and strategy calls. A very likeable guy - you can have fun with him and trust him. There were times he could have taken the easy way out, but did not even pursue those paths because he knew it was not in our best interest. We were looking for something very particular, and the housing market was not huge at that point, but Dave always gave us patience and understanding along the way. The house we finally settled on, the sellers Realtor was difficult and not responsive, but Dave persisted and attempted to gain as much understanding from him to make us feel that our offer was seriously being considered. Oh, and did he sell our Corona house? Yes, that was a success story as well. The online photos he used were absolutely stunning. So much so, that we listed two days before Christmas, and by the day after Christmas, we had 4 offers! The accepted offer was $17,000 over the asking price - which was not a low-ball asking price at all. Dave is absolutely an incredible business man, very ethical, extremely hard-working, and obviously loves his job. I would not hesitate to recommend him, and use his services again. |

There are many experienced realtors out there, but it is essential to hire one that is up to speed on the current market, and knows the trends, processes, and ins and outs, because these can change from time to time. | We used Dave to purchase a home in the Foothill Ranch area. He was very helpful in discussing the pros and cons of various homes and locations, as well as distressed properties. We appreciated his patience and never felt pressure to buy something that wasn't the right fit. At one point, we discussed a home that was a great price, but poor location. Dave knew we were settling for less than we wanted and helped through the evaluation. We ended up buying a different home, with all we were looking for, at a fair price. We also used him for a mortgage, which made the whole process much easier. |

| Dave is the consummate professional. If you use any other realtor, in my opinion, you are really blowing it. He does everything right...from the professional, amazing photos his people take to the classy looking signs he has. He advertised the house on like 60 websites and sent mailers out to my entire city. In a slow market, my house sold at a price that was the highest sale in my town in over a year...and it sold in a week. End of story. This guy is the only realtor I would ever use in Orange County. | We can't recommend this team enough. We personally worked with Dave and he was there for us every step of the way. We've heard that some popular Realtors sign you up but then you work with their assistants. Well, that wasn't the case with us. Dave showed our home at open houses, took us on numerous house hunting trips, and took care of everything during our selling and buying process. He really simplified things for us and we are so grateful to him for all that he has done. We also found Dave to be very ethical (which was very important to us) and a super nice person. | I hired Dave to help us find an investment property without knowing exactly what I was looking for in an investment property. Dave did more than just show us available properties. He provided us with the counseling and information we needed to help us to figure out exactly what we were looking for.
