I have auctioned for decades all over the United States. Many of today's auctioneers don't tell you how new they are to the business because they know how important experience is. I have sold everything from horses to houses and from Real Estate to Life Estates. I have been selling real estate at auction for over 26 years and am learning every day. I have been a permitted Florida real estate instructor and Florida real estate appraisal instructor. Many auctioneers do not sell real estate as a main stay and most realtors do not have a clue on how to hold a successful auction. My niche is selling real estate not listing it via the competitive bid method of auctioneering. I use all the skills and tools of the auctioneer and of the real estate broker to maximize price while minimizing marketing time.
