Finally a website provider that delivers on their promises

I will not lie, when I first got the call from Jenelle at IHouseWeb, I was like, great another website company, making promises. See More I will not lie, when I first got the call from Jenelle at IHouseWeb, I was like, great another website company, making promises. We had gone through 3 other websites over the previous year with numerous promises and none were kept. Our last one was going down 2 or 3 times a week and they were one of IHouseWeb's major competitors. WE HAD TO DO SOMETHING! We were losing clients because they kept coming to our site and it would be down. As an SEO and lead generation expert, I knew I was doing the right things to drive traffic, but, people were not staying and not signing up. We just weren't getting conversions. I told Janelle that and she said, she was so confident in their service, she was willing to give me her private cell number. We signed up in April, they rushed the set up for us, because they knew our present site was down as we spoke. Couldn't even show her how I wanted our site to look as our site was down again. Not only did they get the main site up in days, they got all my agents sites up within a week of that and help make sure the previous links from the old site were directed to the new pages on their site so we didn't lose any traffic or SEO that we had already built. In the end with our old site we were averaging 10-15 visitors a day with no registrations (Mainly because people were coming to a site that was down or slow, real slow) We had a bounce rate of 84.2%. Then I got IHouseWeb and did the exact same things I had done on my other site and even made some of the tweaks they suggested. I am happy to say in the the first 45 days, we have taken our bounce rate down to 2.8% and the average time on the site is over 14 minutes and we are getting 10-15 leads per day! WE COULDN'T"T BE HAPPIER! They were everything Jenelle said they were and have even help me take some of my ideas and implement them in to our site for free. Every time I've run into a problem their tech support team has had it usually fixed within the hour and the longest I've had to wait for a more technical problem was 24 hours. This company delivers on promises and I've been able to go back to marketing and lead generation and not putting out fires with our website company. Thank you Jenelle. I love talking to the iHOUSE support staff, they are very helpful at answering all my questions. I have tried some other companies for around the same cost and I felt like I was rushed off the phone and e-mailed links to their help center instead of receiving the actual help that I needed.
