Yes, the name says Broker IDX - however, it is good for real estate agents, too.
IDX - short form of Internet Data eXchange is very important for a listing.
Real estate is primarily about listings - your website should have them - not just your listings - all of the MLS listings in your area - on YOUR domain. Broke...
