Though I don't live in NY or sell real estate there, I do have to say that the Times real estate section does have a very far reach.
Living here in Louisville, I often refer to it for the insight and inspiration that it offers its readers, both in the paper medium and digital. I always enjoy the read, and look forwa...

A better place to place a commercial or estate is put an internet based advertisement on New York Times
Real Estate section.
The printed ad is costly and last 1 weekend. If you get no inquiry your ad is in the garbage can. With internet
it will last as long as you have subscription for it.

More for Epensive Homes

I like reading the New York Times but I usually don't get multimillion dollar listings. If I did maybe I would have different feelings. Especially if I sold one through the paper but that is not my situation. In our area there are quite a few of these types of homes but we also have a magazine called Coldwell Banker Pr...

Although print media is not my favorite vehicle, the New York Times is one of the best there is and their on-line advertising really reaches a huge audience. I have been happy the few times I have used it.

I always post my open house ads in the Intelligencer. Though I post listings online i find that there are some people who prefer to look up open houses in the newspaper..
There are people who do not have access to a computer and older people like to see the sunday classified section.
