Online versus Print star star star star star
The New York Times claims to be "one of the most venerable newspapers in the United States, but also a provider of rich and relevant real estate information and content." The unfortunate reality is, as another reviewer stated, "The printed ad is costly and last 1 weekend. If you get no inquiry your ad is in the garbag... See More

The Print Ad is not dead! star star star star star
When in comes to print ad - we all believe it's dead. When it comes to advertising in New York times - one can see the difference (or feel the difference!) There are real estate sections in other daily newspapers and there is one in New York Times - one can see the difference in results (and in investment, too!) ... See More

An observers review star star star star star
Though I don't live in NY or sell real estate there, I do have to say that the Times real estate section does have a very far reach. Living here in Louisville, I often refer to it for the insight and inspiration that it offers its readers, both in the paper medium and digital. I always enjoy the read, and look forwa... See More

Great Section star star star star star
What a better place to advertise a New York home for sale than to advertise in the New York Times Real Estate Section. In the New York Times Real Estate Section you can find anything you are looking for in teh way of commercial or residential property for sale. If you are moving to New York, this is a great way to ev... See More

pricey star star star star star
A better place to place a commercial or estate is put an internet based advertisement on New York Times Real Estate section. The printed ad is costly and last 1 weekend. If you get no inquiry your ad is in the garbage can. With internet it will last as long as you have subscription for it. Sam Shueh San Jose, ... See More

More for Epensive Homes star star star star star
I like reading the New York Times but I usually don't get multimillion dollar listings. If I did maybe I would have different feelings. Especially if I sold one through the paper but that is not my situation. In our area there are quite a few of these types of homes but we also have a magazine called Coldwell Banker Pr... See More

When it needs to be seen everywhere..... star star star star star
Although print media is not my favorite vehicle, the New York Times is one of the best there is and their on-line advertising really reaches a huge audience. I have been happy the few times I have used it.

Intelligencer/Record newspaper in Bucks and Montgomery county pa. star star star star star
I always post my open house ads in the Intelligencer. Though I post listings online i find that there are some people who prefer to look up open houses in the newspaper.. There are people who do not have access to a computer and older people like to see the sunday classified section.
