With two active businesses my To Do lists could fill a manila file folder. ;-) I am working my way toward a paperless office, or as close to paperless as I can get. Now as often as possible I’m using Evernote for all my reminders. Make a note or clip an article from the web or scan a document to it, then click the clock icon and set the date to be reminded when I need to act on it. Evernote emails me on the date and if I want to postpone it I just set a new date. It easy to use and I’ve really cut down on all those paper To Do lists. :-) hide

Evernote is a cloud solution where one can set up folders, files and store docs, pictures and videos. I have the pro version as it allows so much more than the freebee version. I can allow access to clients and team members. As I am constantly on the go I can reach the important notes on properties that I often think of when I have windshield time. Great product. hide

One I use frequently is clipping. I added this function from Evernote to my browser. Now when I see something on a website or a portion of an email I want to save I just click on the Evernote icon in my browser, select whatever part I want to save and then tag it for filing into Evernote. The information is stored and I can find it any time from any device with internet access. I think that this feature is way too cool! hide
