Value of the Accredited Buyer Designation star star star star star
I am a real estate professional in Wayne NJ with an ABR designation and I understand the value of this designation. ABR demonstrates to the buyer your skill, knowledge and experience to represent them in a way they well deserve. Traditionally sub-agency was the agency of choice. Today we have buyer or seller repres... See More

ABR Designation course had great information star star star star star
The ABR designation course had a great amount of information that was very helpful. I use the designation on all my sites and on my email signature. I feel it helps to show credibility and that you have worked toward a higher level of expertise. The information covered was very helpful.

Best designation there is! star star star star star
ABR was the best series of classes ever! The most dynamic; the most informative; the most helpful when (learning to) deal with a client. Yes, the best for Buyer representation, but so much of the information presented -- and exthusiastic participation by the 'students' -- could easily be applied to Seller representat... See More

ABR Designation star star star star star
I recently took the core of this designation as part of the broker's course and will certainly use a lot of it's content when I train new agents. I think every agent in their first year would find this course to be extremely informative! In particular, the section on agency relationships is very helpful.

Goo Info to have, continued support star star star star star
I got the ABR designation a few years ago and thought the information was good to have. I think the best part of this designation is the continued support with the flyers they put out and other information. I've taken their flyers and put my own info on them to hand out at open houses and send to potential buyers. W... See More

Becoming an ABR is One of the Best Ways to Learn to Be a True Buyer's Agent and Advocate star star star star star
When I began in the business, my mother was the listing agent and I focused on buyers. I took the ABR training so I could provide the best help to my buyers. What I find valuable for the ABR accreditation is the fact that as an agent you must complete at least 5 transactions representing buyers where there is no dua... See More

Great Program! star star star star star
Many years ago, soon after they began to give this designation, I went through the training. They did a wonderful job of making it crystal clear how to represent buyers. Back in those days, buyer brokerage was the new way of doing things. Even today, when it has become the normal way for people to buy homes, there a... See More

Buyers Need Representation Too star star star star star
I have been an ABR for more than 15 years and it has been a great designation to have. Since sellers have a contractual agreement with their listing agent, it only makes sense that buyers have someone represent them exclusively as well. Get an ABR designation, it helps
