Our niece made the decision to move from Shreveport, Louisiana to Colorado Springs, CO. In addition, he is a Certified Negotiation Expert. He gathered tons of information on the houses that she was looking at, to help her make a good decision. He also kept me informed about the steps they were making and how things were going.
Our niece is now under contract to purchase her first home because of David Gibson's help. He just did an awesome job!
