I'm sure you've heard everything in the book.  But there must be a few that pop up again and again. What is the #1 or top 3 complaints you get when buyers look at listings?

Real Estate signs are everywhere.  For Sale, Just Sold, For Rent, Open House and so on.  Do you use your photo on your real estate signage?

The most stolen car in the United States is the Honda Accord, specifically the 1994 series.  Maybe it's because they're easy to steal or chop. Not sure, but it got us thinking. What kind of car do you drive?  Do you think clients judge you based upon the wheels you roll up in?
