In addition to my previous post, other changes in FHA will be as noted; Minimum Fico will go from 620 to 640/ buyers will need 2months reserves/5.5% down/3% toward closing costs instead of 6%. Good news, rates are the lowest since 1956 and in Phoenix homes are the lowest priced since the 1980's.

New changes with FHA (mandated by HUD). UFMIP currently is 2.25% upfront and will be reduced to 1% (rolled into the loan).
