I have some friends that want to buy in Tualitin, Tigard, Sherwood areas. I jumped into RMLS and to my dismass I found SHORT SALES. I searched 230k and under, 3 bedroom 2 bath. Guess how many home I found that were not short sales. If I told you 26 listings came up how many are not short sales? ....
