There is nothing more emotionally gratifying than knowing you have gotten 1st time home buyers off to the best start possible with a customized loan program, financial educational tools to start off their journey towards building their success in life. Having an accounting background puts me in a unique position in being able to understand complex tax situations, especially self employed borrowers with multiple companies. Having closed over 7,000 mortgage loans; gives me a very deep experience level very few in my Industry have attained. Having kept abreast of Realtor issues for 33 years as well through licensing also gives me a unique perspective and empathy to what agents have to go through on a sales transaction. I take great pride in getting a prequalification to stay loyal to the agent that first referred them to me even if it is 3 years later. It takes long time experience, empathy and knowledge to attain a long range financial strategy for clients whether it be through my backgrounds or my ability to work with a client's team of financial professionals to include Wealth managers, CPAS, insurance, financial and estate planners. I look forward to the opportunity to be of service to you..Please call me today. - See more at: http://activerain.com/profile/suziboyle#sthash.yoakhWd0.dpuf

Perhaps my favorite and most familiar activity yet out of this blog series, the Boise Green Belt has been a huge part of our lives for the last 20 years. When Michael, Jonathan and I lived in Eagle, our home was right on the green belt - we could throw a rock in the river from our back porch. Whe...

Michael and I have both been here many times over the years, but have never actually been on a guided tour. This guided tour gave us a much deeper look into the history, architecture, reputation and story of the building and that’s why it makes the list of Boyle's Boise: 52 Things to Do and See.H...

One of the first things that people notice when looking at the surrounding Treasure Valley from downtown Boise is the top of Table Rock. Table Rock is arguably one of the most popular in-city hikes in America (I would consider anything walking-distance as “in-city") And the peak is less than thre...

Michael has been to the Idaho Anne Frank Human Rights Memorial, but this was a first time for me. My son Jonathan visited the Anne Frank House when he went to Amsterdam in 2007, and he told us that it was one of the most powerful, moving and eye-opening experiences he ever had, so this has been o...

Who would have known that Boise is a big hockey community, right?! Now I have been to a few hockey games at Century Link over the years, but I have never written and documented my experience there, so this time, I paid much closer attention to everything than in the past.Checking out a Hockey gam...

One of the most idiosyncratic aspects of Idaho, and Boise in particular, is it's connection to the Basque Country. Because of geographic and climatic similarities to their homeland, thousands of emigrating Basques chose Idaho as their new home. Their influence remains strong throughout the state,...

Zims will always hold a special place in my heart because Jonathan and I spent a lot of time there during the first year after Jonathan was born. We lived in New Meadows, a small and quiet town about 20 minutes past McCall, and we went to swim and play in the natural hot springs several times a w...

Last week, Michael and I did something that we have both done before, but it's been over a decade since the last time. As Boise natives already know, the Treasure Valley is home to the world leader and most extensive, renown Birds of Prey. It’s such an enjoyable, affordable way to spend a day in ...

Visit the Boise Art Museum Although Boise may not be known as an “artsy” city when compared to San Francisco, Portland or Seattle, it actually has a budding art scene and features the Boise Art Museum (BAM) that has been up and running for almost 80 years. Michael and I have been there before, bu...

Kirkham Hot Springs features somewhat shallow rock pools with sand/rock bottoms next to the river. The multiple hot waterfalls offer an amazing photo opportunity. Both the pools and hot waterfalls can be seen from a large pullout off highway 21, on the west side of the campground. But be warned, ...
