Every house on the street is vacant and on the market! Who's watching??? I was in Troon North yesterday and I could not believe the caliber of homes that are sitting there vacant and basically falling apart, to the trained eye. Sure the landscaping is kept up to a certain extent but upon close inspection my heart was sad that the amazing and nearly famous homes are just sitting there empty, in fact, entire streets were filled with vacant homes!
