Banks are now contacting realtors to help sell new Palm Beach County REO's.

Prices drop again at the Resort.  WCI is dropping prices in an attempt to sell the final units.  Big issues at the Resort!!  

I have two Resort Units over looking the Ocean that must be sold.  Sellers are motivated so let's put a deal together.  

The Resort at Singer Island has slashed prices once again in an attemp to move the last few units.  Prices now are around $400 per square foot.
