Sarah is a founding co-owner of ShortSaleShift.com and one of Minnesota’s top short sale teams. She began working in the real estate business in 2008 while finishing her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology for the University of St. Thomas. After being accepted into several law schools for real estate law, Sarah shifted to working real estate full time.

Sarah understands the persistence and dedication it takes to be successful in business and especially in the area of loss mitigation. During her years on the team, Sarah has helped to maintain The Pomerleau Team in the top 2% of all Realtor’s in Minnesota.

Currently, Sarah serves as the short sale team leader and is one of Minnesota’s top short sale negotiators.

Sarah Willman has been nationally recoginzed as leading short sale expert and helped to create Keller Williams’s Short Sale Mastery Tour in 2011.

In 2011, Sarah became a Kaplan Professional School professor and designed an innovative short sale education course that rolls out in the Spring semester of 2012. She is excited to continue to teach agents in the Twin Cities about the short sale process.

Josh Pomerleau has been a leader in Twin Cities real estate for the past 7 years. He currently runs a team that is in the top 2% of all Realtors® in the Twin Cities Area.

Throughout the years, Josh has been an innovative business leader in the area of short sales. He is a founding member of a short sale mastermind that meets yearly with Fannie Mae, Citi Bank, Wells Fargo, Chase, and Bank of America.

In 2011 his accomplishments included helping to create the Keller Williams Short Sale Mastery Tour that toured the entire United States educating agents about the Short Sale process. Also in 2011 he wrote and designed “Getting Serious About Short Sales” for Kaplan Professional Schools. The class offers high level Continuing Education for agents about the short sale process. Josh is also an instructor of several other classes for Kaplan Professional Schools.

In 2009, Josh Pomerleau and Sarah Willman started ShortSaleShift.com and began to grow one of the largest short sale teams in Minnesota. They put the systems and tools together to handle a large volume of short sales. They currently have about 50-60 short sales on the market at any given time.

They also field most of the short sale questions from the over 110 person office that they are a part of and are known as the short sale experts in the office and Twin Cities.
