I got my rate sheet yesterday and my bottom rate on a 30 year fix conventional loan was 3.875 with a 1% discount point.  That is the first time I ever seen a rate in the 3's for a 30 year fix.   Will rates go lower???  Who knows but money is cheap right now to loan.  Just got to find those buyers...
