Nine weeks...one pound to goal.....yeah! Had a great weekend at the Oregon coast...I know it would be a challenge...salt water taffy, clam chowder, cheese bread, cookies, brownies, rocky road chocolate......and on and on...... But really...I stayed on track...almost all of the trip....excepting.....

Four weeks and almost 12 pounds!! Added four days of exercise....still maintaining the 'rules' of the diet...no cheating.....
