Bow NH has held up well from 2008 to 2009. There was a slight INCREASE in avg sales price price as well as the number of homes sold from 2008 to 2009. Thanks for veiwing my Colonial for sale in Bow NH. It is 3 beds, 2 fulls baths. Many updates include 2 new bathrooms, tiled lower level with walk out, new appliances, finished bonus room off the back of the house. Great location, walk to one of the best school systems in the states.
