Is anyone familiar with the Hit Router feature of Active Rain? I'm really not sure how that works or if is a valuable tool. If anyone has had success with the feature, would you let me know? I put i the local areas I work in but haven't reallly figured out how it directs traffic, etc.    Randy

In our rural county, we still have many single wide mobile home on acreage.  It's a tough job evaluating them for sale.  Looking at solds i the last 6 months seems to be the way to go on this one, but it still amazes me how quickly they depreciate in value!    Randy
