Here is link to a great article in Wednesday's New York Times about Short Sales. They are really becoming more mainstream. I have compassion for people who have had to leave their homes this way. We are in the process of helping families right now. Feel free to contact us about this topic.

I have seen Tom Hopkins, Darryl Davis & David Knox. I have been able to take something from each of them. What is it that makes someone good? Do they need to be funny, interesting, full of facts? This evening we had an experience I am not likely to forget soon. We were in our yard in Wyckoff. We had just finished eating dinner and the kids were playing in the yard. My son yelled that there was a dead mouse in the yard (my wife isn't very fond of mice). Being the man I went to investigate...
