FHA issued clarification today regarding disputed accounts on a borrower's credit report. As you will note below, FHA requires that whenever a disputed account exists on the credit report, the file must be downgraded to a manual underwrite, unless one of the 3 exceptions listed below exist....

Last week ended up being a fairly quiet one with out any surprises on the calendar. Even with a holiday shortened week we saw Fannies improve slightly gaining 5/32nds for the week.
