Sales are up on slightly compared to December of 2016, but prices climbed double digits again last month compared to a year ago. The number of homes available for sale continues the long decline. Most of the numbers are up. The most amazing is new contracts which are up almost 27.5% over last year. The only numbers that are down are days to contract at 55 and Inventory which is down almost 14% from a year ago. We now have just a 2.4 month supply of homes available for sale in Orlando.
