I am doing an open house for a fellow Agent in my office.  It is a nice golf course listing in Sun City Grand, Az.  It has a dark color Pebble Tech pool.  Probably not the best choice, as it looks hazy. An Agent brings in her clients and immediately says, "Where did that pool come from?"  Obvious...
