I know there are a lot of RE/MAX Realtors on active/rain. On the Mainstreet website you can get the power point presentation of the "Be Great in 2008" that was presented here in Denver (Wildlife Center) on Wednesday. Good information, back to basics utilitzing new technology.

In reading the posts yesterday, I saw where there are 30% fewer RE liscenses being renewed since the first of the year. I was able to use that figure in a conversation today, hopefully gaining a commercial client, by saying that I was a seasoned realtor and able to work this market in Denver. B...
