Does anyone have and new ideas (or good old ones) on how to get more Traffic at an Open House?  A few years ago, all you had to do is put a sign in the yard and a few people always stopped.  Now, I do the balloons, several street signs, advertise in the paper, and a neighbor doesn't even show up....
