Pretty consistently is there about 44 (40) new listings each week in Loveland. Today there is some new construction. Both in the high $100,000 and now about $300,000 in Alford Meadows. No pictures though. And it is a build that I am not familiar with., so acutally we are closer to 40 new listings...

In Larimer County, Colorado there were 14 new listings, 2 with no pictures at all, prices ranging from $197,000 to a lovely home with over 10,000 sq ft at $1,410,000.  I stayed a little longer on the last home to show you more pictures, as it is just lovely, on Cottonwood Shores in Fort Collins. ...

Windsor had 15 new listings this week. Ranging in price from $165,000 to $549,000. Some new construction. Most of the houses are less than $300,000. Fort Collins had 43 new listings this week! While Loveland had 47. I expected Fort Collins to be over 50 and closer to 60. This is a first for me since I have started tracking the new listings.

Larimer County had 12 new listings on 2 acres or more. Actually 11 as 1 listing was put into both IRES and METROLIST. Those of the mls systems for Nothern Colorado and Denver/Metro.
