There were 23 new listings on 2 acres or more this week. We are only trying to look at 14. These properties are in Larimer County. There are 2 short sales, which might be a really good deal for you! Let me know if you want more inforamtion.

In Windsor there were 14 new listings. I think I like the idea of looking in Windsor only instead of including Johnstown and Berthoud. The more properties that we try to cover the less time there is to look at the pictures and see what we do or do not like about a property. I am also finding that
