Foreclosure Friday - this week we only had 9 new Bank owned properties listed in larimer County. So I was able to go slower and review more of the information and pictures with you. Please let me know if you have any questions.

There were 23 new listings on 2 acres or more this week. We are only trying to look at 14. These properties are in Larimer County. There are 2 short sales, which might be a really good deal for you! Let me know if you want more inforamtion.

In Windsor there were 14 new listings. I think I like the idea of looking in Windsor only instead of including Johnstown and Berthoud. Fort Collins area new listings is what we are looking at today. There were 53 new listings this week. We are not able to over them all.
