Hello Friends   Give me some advice, where should I invest? I have 4 investment properties and also have reasonably good size investments in stocks and bonds.   Where else to invest? It is easy to buy realestate properties but is that the right thing to do? what is your opinion?

People tell me that the tenants frtequently sue the owners of the rental houses. Anyone can fall in the house and sue the owner.   Are these only myth or have you experienced lot of tenants suing the owner of the house? How frequently does it happen and what are the common reasons for suing?
