In the last week or so, I read a blog post that advocated reading the book, The Energy Bus. It sounded like something I'd like to read, so I went to Barnes and Noble to buy it. Thinking I'd start reading it last night and finish over the weekend, I got cozy on the couch, propped up my feet (in my...

A A while back, I talked about shoes that help those tired realtor feet. I spend a lot of time on my feet, climbing stairs, seeing property, walking wooded lots... you know the routine. Two hours away, leaving St. Augustine at 5:30 a.m., having to arrange to have someone let the dog out, and all the other things I h...

As a realtor, we spend a lot of time walking around various properties, to the detriment of our poor piggies. Top this off with bunions, and I've got sore feet most of the time. I even wear a variety of flip flops to keep the foot pain in check. This weekend, I found a great little product to wea...

Condo living isn't for everyone. I live in a small complex at the beach. We only have 43 units, and one of those is owned and rented by the association. Because we're so small, everyone who lives here knows everyone else... that's a good thing. Neighbors help neighbors all the time. Packages left...
