Great Blog, Melissa! The title problems with robosigning, mortgage assignments unrecorded, MERS problems.."as is" clauses and the deferred maintainence and such a debacle for the buyers of foreclosures. Why not just buy a house that might be a little more money and eliminate most of the headaches
