A few months ago, I found out Trulia had automatically renewed by subscribption, I immediatley called them and asked to be cancelled, they refused stating that it was an automatic renewal and that I agreed when I signed up 6 months previously, I said I didn't remember this, but they refused to credit me. I blogged here, and called my credit card company to dispute the charges. I got and email from someone at Trulia stating they would credit me if I would tell Citibank that it was taken care of. I decided to proceed with Citi for the credit as I didn't feel I could trust Trulia to give me credit. Yesterday I got a notice from Citibank that Trulia was disputing my dispute, eventhough they said they would credit me. DONT' TRUST TRULIA THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF THEY LIED TO ME OH AND REASON I DIDN'T RENEW AS BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET ONE GOOD LEAD!!
