I don't understand why some realtors don't put room sizes on their listings. Why wouldn't you put the room sizes, people are smart enough to know that if there aren't any then they must all be small. Is there any good reason not to put them in?

Have a great listing in a lowell complex that isn't currently on the FHA list but when checking with a mortgage person from Wells Fargo they thought for sure it would qualify. Any suggestions on how to get it onto the FHA list?

Approved building lot in Billerica on Lexington Street, address is #43 and is 5,000 sq.ft. Electricity is already on property and sewer lines are on street. Due dilligence should be done by the buyer and town hall has copy of letter stating it is a building lot. $114.000.00.
