As we enter into Spring and the warmer weather is coming on, do you feel like the buyers are buying?  In Greenville, SC, we are seeing a rise in showings and I am also seeing buyers re-enter the market.  By no means do I think that things are "normal", but there is some POSITIVE movement going on...
