I'm so confused!!  I keep reading about this localism and people searching and sponsors and I am SO confused.  I have never heard much of this until I got on Active Rain.  Am I missing something?? Answers anyone??

I have had my Texas Real Estate license for less than a year.  Does anyone have some good agent-to-agent advice on the do's and dont's of getting my business started?  I don't have too much money to get started with and I am new in my city so I don't have a big sphere of influence either.  :( Help!!
