For seven years before becoming a REALTOR® in 2008, Kay was a new home sales representative for a national homebuilder, and won numerous sales awards including Rookie of the Year for the North Charlotte area, Rookie of the Year for the North and South Carolina Region, President’s Club Award, awarded to the top 10% of the sales representatives in the company for sales volume and was consistently among the top 5% of sales representatives in the Carolina Region for customer service. The sales training Kay received was rated one of the top industry wide and because of her attention to detail and communication skills, Kay was chosen to train new sales representatives and lead training presentations to a group of her peers. Kay’s experience in new home sales gives her an intimate understanding of the sales and building process of new home construction.
