The REO's just keep pouring in... One of my contacts at a large bank told me to prepare for next month as they expect a flood of new properties to hit the market. Fortunately, we have a lot of buyers in our area ready to buy them up! Investors have moved into our area, and spending their cash.

Inventory is down... what does that mean? I'm not sure I know. Over the last several months, inventory of the REO's has been dwindling. Buyers are competitivly bidding on them driving the prices up well over asking price in some circumstances. The only explanation I was given from one of the

Seems as if every listing (if priced right) is now getting multiple offers! Not unusual to have 5-6 offers at a time. Some of the sellers which are mostly banks in my inventory, request highest and best offers from all parties, but it is certainly not an automatic requirment of them to do so.
