Well we are expecting snow in Tahoe for Thanksgiving.  This should help bring in the buyers to our region.  Shoulder season is usually slow and this month has been no exception.  There have been some showings.   Hoping to do some open houses this weekend.  Ski resorts are going to open.

I just spent a few hours switching out my real estate signs for winter. Temperature is 60 degrees at Lake Tahoe. Where is winter?  This weekend will be golf rather than skiing.  Some resorts have opened a few lifts, but snow is not yet flying.
