I purchased two properties back in 2005 in Florida to flip or resell. One is a house and the other a condo. I owe 400K on the house and it is now valued at around $250K. I owe 211K on the condo and it is now valued at approx. $130K. Both are rented for 12 months - curren leases expire this summer...
