We were just informed that the tax credit has been extended and expanded.  I am waiting for conformation from TAR or NAR on the details.

We are still hoping that the tax credit is extended and/or expanded.  Our lawmakers just need to act, the bills are there.  I will update this as soon as we know if it was extended and what the new one looks like.

If you listen to the news, you might think that the real estate market is faultering.  That may be in some places in the U.S., but it is not true in San Angelo, Texas.  We are still experiencing a strong and stable market.  New construction is still going and sales of existing homes remains high....
