Big Time!  UK major announcement on bank bailouts in a few hours.  It's a world epidemic. Hopefully we'll look back at this as the turning point, but the only thing we can really be sure of is CHANGE.

I'm just curious how listing agents are pricing their properties when it is a short sale.  Do you call the lender and ask for permission to list it as a short sale or do you just list it as a short sale and see if it will fly when the file is submitted? Is it an art or a science?
