I just got word that Bill 261 for a $3600 tax credit for Georgia residents has just.....PASSED THE SENATE!!! This will be in addition to the federal tax credit and available to ALL HOMEBUYERS...not just first time homebuyers in the state of Georgia! I do not know at this moment if the bill passed...
