One solution is for ALL Listing Agents to put a "Home Warrenty" on every house at time of listing. The seller signs for this service, but does not pay until the house is sold or RENTED.

Unsold houses are turning up as rentals. One problem arises when "as-is" For Sale Homes don't sell, then these homes may need fix up in order to rent... especially when top rental dollar is need to prevent forclosure.
