Unbelievable... I just heard that because of high gas prices, people are now stealing license plates to get free gas and  putting them on their car, then getting gas and running. The gas station will have "your" license plate # and you could be in trouble for "pump and run." Check your car period...

Although we are almost half way into 2008, loan documents submitted by lenders and title companies still contain the old notarial wording.  This is especially the case when it comes to Jurats.  As a notary signing agent, I have been attaching forms with the new language for almost six months now....
