I Am

I'll be in the Fort Rutcker area in a week and I'd like to check out some listings.  Anyone familiar with that area?  It will be an investment so I'm open to commercial or residential really.  I've got contractors so if it needs some work, that's fine as well.  I haven't seen anything of interest...
