According to the gurus that have been investing in Real Estate for decades this is not the time to quit buying. There are deals out there. Buyers are not having to compete with other buyers. When buyers compete for a home the Seller is the one that gets the good deal. Even though no one can predict when we will hit bottom in the housing market. One thing we can be sure of that eventually prices will increase. This makes buying a home as a long term investment a very attractive idea.
