Have you ever told your clients that they need to remove all their personal pictures in a home bacause their home would not sell with those pictures hanging? This is really not true. You need to tell your clients to remove some but not all. They want the buyer to look at your home and not the personal and hanging pictures. It is very imprtant for a house not too look too sterile. It still wants to be warm and inviting- just not overwhelmed with personal photos or hanging pictures on every wall or space on the wall.

I was in a training class yesturday for Premiere Service with GMAC. I normally take classes online. I feel more comfortable doing so. My mother on the other hand does the opposite- she take all her classes in the class room. She does this to mingle and get referrals. I do understand her point of ...

This market has been a complete and utter roller coaster. One minute we are at the top and the next minute we are skating towards the edge. It is scary. We are faced  with whether to continue full time or to look for a part time job. Never have we been faced with this type of issue. We have had 8...

We had a deal that was going to be a pretty smooth closing, but is any deal smooth lately. We had a closing that that fell apart at the last minute. We finally got the termination back to the buyer today and what do you know- it is back. They are wanting to  close by the 30th if the one condition...

She has done all the phone duty she could and have asked for help from everyone in the office. She has written 3 offers this week. One was a from a neighbor- sphere ...

Well I am meeting a buyer for the first time. I know the HUD key here in Texas changes often. So, before I met this buyer who came all the way from Weatherford to see houses- I checked my HUD key with my friend who is an agent with another office. My key matched hers to a T. I asked if there was ...
